Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the Stripe customer portal from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current paid period.

Single-track purchases

A single-track purchase adds one mastering credit after the Stripe payment is confirmed. Unused purchased credits may be reviewed for refund on request. A completed master or an expired download window is not automatically refundable.

Technical failures

If the processing API accepts a job but fails to complete it because of a technical service error, the reserved credit is returned once automatically.

Refunds, disputes, and billing holds

Verified refunds and disputes may revoke unused purchased credits. If a refunded or disputed credit has already been used, the account may be placed on billing review before another job can start.

Contact support with your account email, Stripe receipt, and a short description of the issue. Refund handling can depend on payment status, usage, fraud review, and applicable law.
