Service information
Privacy Policy
Plain-language terms for accounts, audio processing, billing, privacy, and short-lived downloads.
Privacy Policy
AI Track Washer provides a browser-local audio health check and online audio mastering through a WordPress account, Stripe billing, and a private processing API. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the service.
Information we collect
We store WordPress account details, billing references from Stripe, credit balances, referral status, limited job status, and support messages you send us. We do not build a permanent audio library.
Free browser-local health check
When you use the free Track Health Check, the selected WAV or MP3 is decoded and measured locally in your browser. The tool does not upload that audio or its report to AI Track Washer, does not require an account, and clears its report when the page is refreshed or closed.
Audio files
Uploaded audio is sent directly to private processing object storage when available, or through the compatible private mastering API path, only to process your requested master. Output files are available through signed downloads for up to ten minutes after completion and are then removed from the processing service. WordPress stores only minimal job metadata and encrypted short-lived capability data.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive Stripe customer, checkout, subscription, invoice, payment, refund, and dispute identifiers needed to provide credits, subscriptions, receipts, billing support, fraud prevention, and accounting records. Card details are handled by Stripe, not by this website.
Third-party services
The site may use Stripe for payments, Google/Nextend for optional sign-in, Google Ads for consent-aware advertising measurement, AWS or another private object-storage/compute provider for audio processing, Rocket.net/Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, and Detect.Music as an optional embedded third-party AI-detection tool. The frame remains disconnected until you choose Load Detect.Music. That choice connects your browser to the third party, and files used inside its frame are handled by Detect.Music rather than our mastering API.
Advertising measurement
When you choose Allow measurement, the Google tag can process the page address, browser and device information, consent state, advertising click identifiers, coarse Track Health Check interaction events such as start or completion, and a pseudonymous transaction reference for a server-verified purchase. It does not receive your card details, file name, audio, or health-check measurements. Advertising and analytics storage are denied by default; while denied, Google may receive the denied consent state and limited cookieless measurement signals. Your choice is saved in browser local storage and can be changed later through Privacy choices in the site footer.
Cookies and security
We use cookies for login sessions, WordPress security, and Stripe checkout flows. Google advertising or analytics storage remains disabled unless the applicable consent choice allows it. We use access controls, signed webhooks, encrypted download tokens, and short retention windows to protect the service.
Your rights and contact
You may contact support to request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data where applicable. Some billing, tax, security, and legal records may need to be retained as required by law.
