Free local analysis

A technical health check that stays in your browser.

Select an audio file to inspect peaks, clipping risk, dynamics, stereo relationship and broad frequency balance. The report helps you decide what to listen for; it does not grade creativity or identify who made the music.

LOCAL BY DESIGN

Your selected audio is not uploaded to AI Track Washer.

Analysis runs in this browser tab. Closing or refreshing the page clears the report. Your browser and device still control local file access; do not use a shared device for confidential material.

Free browser tool

Check your track before you master.

Find level, clipping, DC offset, dynamics, stereo, and broad tonal-balance flags in one private technical pass.

Runs locally in this browser

Up to 100 MB and 10 minutes; the safe local limit can be lower on memory-constrained devices. Your audio is decoded and analyzed here—it is never uploaded by this tool.

Read the report carefully

Measurements point to questions, not automatic fixes.

Peaks and clipping

The local report can inspect decoded sample values and flag samples close to full scale. That is not the same as standards-compliant true-peak metering, which estimates inter-sample peaks by oversampling.

Understand the difference

Dynamics and tone

Global peak-to-RMS contrast and broad one-pole frequency estimates can suggest what deserves a closer listen. Genre, arrangement and artistic intent determine whether that observation is a problem.

Prepare the mix

Stereo relationship

Broad left/right correlation can flag possible cancellation, but it cannot replace a level-matched mono listen. Brief wide moments and sustained low-frequency opposition can have different consequences.

METHOD AND LIMITS

A browser diagnostic, not a certification meter.

The tool decodes the selected file through the Web Audio API and calculates descriptive values from the resulting samples. Its Pass and Review thresholds are implementation-defined screening heuristics, not platform specifications. Browser decoding can differ from a dedicated mastering meter. Unless a result explicitly says otherwise, do not treat it as ITU-R BS.1770 integrated LUFS or true peak. Verify critical delivery measurements in a calibrated audio application.
